About the mentor program
The mentorship network consists of members of the European Cultural Parliament (ECP), who are experts in their respective professions. FG members will have the possibility to apply for and compete for a match with an ECP member and expert who will serve as a mentor for the junior members’ professional growth. The mentorship program is a way to increase the dialogue of culture between generations, and also serves as an opportunity to expand the personal network. Members of the Future generation will also have the chance to actively participate in high-level debates and contribute to panel discussions.
The duration for the first mentor program will last eleven months beginning in September 2020 to the end of June 2021. The overview to prep the program will include a series of interviews during July between our team and ECP members to target their expertise.
Criteria for applications
The projects can vary in type and style depending on the interests of the member. What unites these projects is the continuously proven excellence and professionalism of mentors. This program must inevitably result in measurable products and improvements to aid the career of the ECP-FG member, as well as a deeper connection between seniors and juniors in the ECP community.
