Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I have to be European?
A: No! While the majority of our applicants have some sort of pan-European background, we also include anyone with a European perspective or experience that can contribute to the ECP-FG's goal to deepen the discussion and share talent within a European perspective.
Q: What are the ways you will use my art if I submit to your website?
A: The aim of ECP-FG is to broaden artist members' platforms, networks, and credibility. Any work submitted would be representative of your art and profile as a member. The featured works may appear on our blogs, campaign pages (if submitted), webpages, and social media channels. When we feature your work, your name or link to your website is always present with the art pieces used.
Q: Can I submit something that isn't art?
A: Yes. We accept research articles from scholars, collaborations, surveys, and other news relevant to young people interested in maintaining an interesting discussion for cultural Europe.
Q: Do I have to be an artist?
A: No, but most of our members have an artistic background. If you are interested in event management, art production, art collecting we accept those with a specific interest in benefiting young artists on our platform with the ECP-FG.
Q: What happens after I overpass the age limit (over 35 years old)
A: The ECP-FG is aimed at supporting young artists, but does not disclose previous members from the network. Older ECP-FG members may stay in the network, though their work will no longer be featured as a young upcoming artist. If they wish, older members may serve as a mentor or collaborator for younger emerging ECP-FG artists or help in upcoming events in Europe.
If you are interested in joining an innovative and creative network of young artists and scholars please fill in the application form on our membership page.
